Calm, compassionate counselling to help you cope with life’s challenges

Together we create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and personal growth at your own pace. Online sessions, and the option of nature walks in Cape Town.

Creating space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

In a fast-paced and overstimulating world, many people feel disconnected from themselves, uncertain about what they are feeling, or overwhelmed by what they are carrying internally.

My approach is calm, supportive, and neuroscience-informed, with a particular interest in emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and the impact of modern life on mental health.

I am also interested in the role that nature and the natural environment can play in emotional regulation and wellbeing, and how slowing down and reconnecting with ourselves can support resilience and balance.

I believe counselling is not about “fixing” people, but about creating space to understand yourself more deeply and develop healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges.
